Description of Work: Helped repair cracks in foundation. The appraiser was wonderful. He walked through several options and ultimately arrived at one that balanced cost and function. The workers were courteous, prompt, and professional. When the work was finished though, there was quite a lot of messiness. Tools were left in the yard and the finishing work on the bricks was very messy, i.e., some crooked bricks, mortar spread on the bricks. Would use them again though because of the ease of working with them.

Description of Work: Crack in my foundation, they dug it out and installed two jacks on each side of the crack . Sealed it and installed water proof coating material on outside of foundation . Cleaned everything up and managed to finish in one day.

Oddly enough, this review says the work was preformed in 1970 but the company was not established until 1993. Additionally, we do not see that there have been any issues called in for service under that name or address or it would be in our system. Description of Work: We called for an inspection for what we were told was going to be a big fix. Phil came out and assured us that our problem wasn't as big as it was made out to be and gave us what he thought were to best options for our repair. Then he helped us to figure out financing and how much we would have to pay monthly to get the job done, but that could still fit our budget as we had to have it fixed sooner than later. Sinking floors from an improperly centered steel beam and only 1 pole to support my entire top level of my house don't wait. We paid a 20% downpayment to get the work started in about 4-6 weeks, but the first payment won't actually be due til after we sign off on the work. As of now we are please with how things have been handled. Will update once work has been completed
