Rudy, Jose, and Luis did an amazing job on our basement. The JES team were friendly and professional and were respectful of our property.

The crew (Kevin Ortiz, Jose Diaz and Yimy Cruz) were super efficient and courteous. I feel confident that the installation of supports below the foundation will abate the settling problem.

Bryan Rutherford and Austin Hicks did an outstanding job in leveling the concrete around my pool. They were very professional and attentive to what was needed to complete the work. I would definitely hire them again.

Their crew was excellent: Freddy Zabaleta (team lead), Walter Zabaleta and Daniel Yacila. They were polite, detail-oriented, and listened to our requests. English was their second language but that was not a problem. Their work was fast, clean and effective, and used high-quality materials. We are very happy with the results.

Extensive work and all accomplished well. Jay helped us plan to stay live the problems and was clearly an expert. 5 stars for our crew of Rudy, Jose and Fernando who kept us informed and left a clean site behind. Rudy is the guy you want!

I was incredibly impressed by the results and the experience. The team arrived on time. They set our expectations every day on how far along they were scheduled to get, and then hit those expectations. We had a small snafu on the first day due to a miscommunication (the team got an incorrect work order), but it was handled immediately after a quick call. The work was thorough, and everything was very, very clean. The team was so friendly and worked so hard. It was a professional experience, and I would definitely recommend them and work with them again.

Beware of this company. The quality of work was very poor and poor response to making repairs.

Howard Glancy came and inspected our home last week after we discovered water seeping in slowly through a wall in our mechanical closet. He was very patient and took time to explain how water should drain around a home and he carefully looked over our home to determine what was needed, catching things that our inspector should have discovered before we purchased this home three months ago. Honestly, we should have waived the inspection and called JES to come walk the home with us. While the actual project hasn't started yet, we did take in a secondary quote and very much felt like JES did a careful assessment without drastically upselling us on the project.

The project went very well. The team led by the foreman Abdul Kargbo was very professional. Both Floyd Short and Demoria Turner were assets to the crew and the project turned out very nice.

Initial install approximately 8 years ago went well. Called to have repairs. Encapsulation has a 25 year warranty. Had inspection, proposal, signed contract, paid down payment. Have not heard from since January, multiple calls to JES resulted in promises but no results. Still waiting. If I could find an alternate I'd go there. This company has changed and not for the better.

Bryan did a great job! Very satisfied with his work. He was prompt and cleaned up after he was finished. Would definitely recommend Bryan and JES again.

Had a great experience with JES. Came out to look at some cracks in wall/garage floor. Concluded that it was within tolerance and while there were things that could be done cosmetically, rep said "I'm not going to sell you something you don't need." Really appreciated the honesty.

JES Foundation Repair you have quite a gentleman in Certified Field Instructor (CFI) Howard Glancy. Today, I met CFI Howard Glancy for issues that had been discovered in my basement. Mr. Glancy was very courteous, knowledgeable and informative especially compared to other foundation repair contractors. Before starting the site survey, Mr. Glancy asked if I had any concerns or reservations. After the survey was performed, Mr. Glancy shared the findings, causes, and informed me in detail of the solution and its installation. After completing his report, Mr. Glancy asked once more if I have any questions or concerns. In the end, I elected to go with JES as Mr. Glancy was able to express and demonstrate why this project should be done before engaging another; and why one solution is better than the other; and especially why JES is hands above the competition. Mikell Hill, Damian Terrell and John Cizik did a wonderful job. I was alerted throughout the day exactly when they would arrive, when they took a lunch break, when they were finished for the day. Mikel explained at the end of each day what they had done and what they would do the next. Very professional, very pleasant young men.

Very pleased with our concrete leveling solution—we now have a safe sidewalk for our entryway again. It matched Bobby’s estimate, and their team was able to fit this small job into their workload without much wait. Before Bryan R. performed the task, he professionally explained what was going to be accomplished, how the process works, and provided several suggested recommendations. Would refer them again.

Damian Terrell and Mikel Hill were so very nice, punctual, professional, took great care to limit dust and explained everything and walked us through what they did. Exceeded expectations.

Mike Ordonez came to the house to evaluate the problem. He was on time, polite, professional, very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. Because of him I have full confidence in hiring JES and in the work they will do.

Andre McDuffie did a very professional job troubleshooting our old unit and walking us through the process for replacement and installation of new unit. He was always available by text or phone if we had questions or comments. And always responded promptly. Excellent service

Joey D, James, and Talib were hard workers who took care to protect the areas that were not impacted by their work. They cleaned up the work area very thoroughly. The work included removing dry wall and paneling from the exterior walls of the basement. They trenched around the exterior, installed 2 sumps and drainage channels, replaced 6 window wells, added new drain to the sump in the exterior stairwell, covered exterior walls with moisture barrier, and repaired the concrete. All work was completed in the 5 days scheduled. They communicated well and answered all my questions and concerns. Joey D, James, and Talib make a great team, are employees of JES, and will do a good job for you. They know what they are doing.

This company socks, they claim they have 27 years of business. But I swear this company is not good. I have been waiting for almost 4 months for them to come and fixed my pit and discharge line,up till now they haven't fix my issues. They took my deposit, the lady scheduling the appointment doesn't know what she is doing. Scheduled the technician to my house without the proper note. They are very unprofessional. Spoke to her supervisor which was Rick, promise to take care of my issue a s a p, but never reached out to me. I am very disappointed and frustrated with the company. All they care is how to charge and take your money not getting the job done. I hard a bigger project which I was charged over $10000 done with them last October, less than a month sump pump got broken they had to replace it and charge me an extra $2000 just to put a new. Of which I was surposed To be covered with the warranty. I wouldn't recommend JES to anyone. Management is full of crap and ********. I am just sick and tired of them I wish I hadn't did this work and gave my money to them.
