Excellent work! Arturo helped us originally followed by his amazing crew. Highly recommend this company. Arturo as consultant, Jeff as Project Manager and Hymie we’re all excellent. Our crawl space foundation was disgusting. This work should have been performed by earlier owners but it fell to us. We were tired of critters, cold floors in the winter, and moisture. Now we have a space under our house that is immaculate and dry. And, cracked wooden beams have been stabilized and a de-humidifier Installed that drains invisibly.

It went great! The crew (C. Colombe, M. Hill, & J. Kegy) did an awesome job. They were very courteous, punctual and they explained exactly what they were going to do. The outcome was exactly what I was expecting. I would definitely hire JES again.

They replaced required parts for the sump pump and filter for the air system. identified aging pump (1 of 3) that will need replacing. Well done job

Rayford Barefoot, Sinclair Barnes, Melvin Riley and Jacob Miller, were on the foundation crew, and Brian Rutherford and Josh Jones, installed.the foam, all went well,, on time, and I’m satisfied with their work, great job !

Joe came in and checked the filter, found the drain line clogged, cleaned the line and drain pan, checked to make sure the sump pump was operating properly and mopped up the water that had leaked out.

Achieved the results as hoped; crew was very meticulous and persistent in getting things just right.

Everything went well and the job was completed on time

All went as planned. Called for an estimate to lift a sagging garage floor. The appraiser arrived at the agreed time. Gave me an estimate along with some realistic guidance that it may not lift all the way back to original and there might be some minor cracking. The job itself went fine. It did lift to original but there was a minor crack which was filled in with epoxy. The crew was great, 2 guys who really knew their stuff. Took almost all day. It is an art.

A corner of our foundation had sunk due to water drainage over the years. The team that installed the push piers were fantastic, explained everything that was happening, and cleaned up nicely. Even fixed the cracked wall and slab with hydraulic cement. Efficient and very professional.

Extremely professional organization. Delivered on everything they committed to, on a timely basis. Staff was very professional both with regard to their work ethic and standards as well as how they dealt with sharing information and answering questions, throughout the process.

Great. I understood what needed to be done before hand and what some unexpected problems might arise once we got into the project

JES installed a sump pump and french drain encapsulated system in my basement crawlspace to correct repeated flooding in my basement. I asked them to come back out a week after installation because heavy rain again flooded my basement. JES figured out what was causing the problem and completely reworked the system and eliminated the flooding. There was no additional charge at all; they stood by their work and were not satisfied until I was satisfied! I highly recommend them.

Excellent! Could not be happier! Alex Oakley was inspector, and crew was Vince Gardner and Chris Washington. Both Vince and Chris were very professional and work was exact and clean!

I would have better off hiring pizza hut to do this job. They have botched every aspect of my project except selling me on it. I had a pool of water in my back yard. The estimator said 2-3 months, it took them 6. When they came out I was told they 'messed up the drawings' and had to come back another month later. The plan was to install a bigger sump and pump,they installed the EXACT same size pump and pit I already had. I complained up the management tree so they told me theyd give me 10% off, everytime they called they wanted to charge me the same amount with no discount. I continued to ask, and they would say theyd find out, only to call back a month later and do it again. Finally, after almost a year of thinking I was done with them they call and say they messed up the permits and need to come back out. Asking me to take another day off for them to come out. The lack of communication and lack of accountability is mind boggling. Ive never written reviews, I usually just accept it. But this company is some trash. I hope you read this whole thing before hiring them.

JES Foundation Repair came out and looked at the basement, outside at the wall, and at the neighbors attaching wall and were really honest and said their services were really for much larger jobs than ours and even gave some recommendations for things we could do and pointed us to the likely source and didn't charge us anything for coming out. I would highly recommend.

JES came in and did a wonderful job getting our basement water tight. It was a real peace of mind having them do the work. We now can use our basement without worrying if there will be any issues. They warranty it for the life of the house. Will recommend them again to anyone.

It went well. But with the money we paid for the work. They could have fix the holes they cut on our dry wall when they do the electrical work. We paid 70k for the work. We did have some issues post the work but they did send people out to fix it. Overall was good. But I would reconsider som aspect of the services !!!

A wonderful experience! The crew was on time, professional, kept us up to date on a daily basis and even went out of their way to fix areas that were not part of the original contract. Cesar, the crew manager was extra special and Chris, the overseer of the project could not have been more generous with his time. He always made himself available, listened to our concerns and followed through on our requests. It's too bad that our crawl space cannot be seen because it's a beautiful area thanks to Chris, Cesar and their crew. Respectfully, Kathleen Rayo

Great! They had to come back out twice because the weight of the slab kept sinking but they never gave me a hard time about it and they were able to find a solution.

They were punctual, professional and trustworthy.

After some delay in the start of the project, the project was executed in a most professional and efficient manner. I am highly pleased with the results and would recommend JES without reservations.

Went well. Prompt response. Tech (forget his name, but very knowledgeable and friendly) strongly recommended dehumidifier (which they can assist with) and said no need for exterior excavation and waterproofing of below grade foundation. I need to finish basement renovation and then will likely contact JES again about their dehumidifier products. 5 thumbs up for JES!

When the work crew showed up, I asked if the posts needed to be moved the lead man said no.. I had a crew on stand by. After some more time they said tgey were finished. He told me there was a five year warranty, so they would fix the porch. I called the salesman. And he said they would send someone to complete the job. No one called to make the job complete. Then I called again, another gentleman can Me by, took pictures and assured me someone would call and make arrangements to complete the job. Again, no one called or showed up. Needless to say JES Foundation does not do what they say what they will do.

Our house was built in 1985 with a cinder block foundation. We moved here at the end of 1992. I painted the entire foundation with DryLock around 2002 when I finished about 2/3rds of the space. Around 2010 we began getting white crust on the wall of the unfinished storeroom. The whole house began smelly musty. My wife finally couldn’t take the smell anymore and I got three estimates on resolving the problem. All three had generally the same solution of drilling holes at the bottom of the blocks to drain the water into a gutter or perforated pipe. JES was the only one to offer ZERO percent financing over 24 months to pay for it. Instead of buying a car, we went with them. Glad we did. Their crew were scrupulous about minimizing the disruption and cleaning up afterward. They took up only the vinyl tile closest to the outer walls. I got the price down by doing the advance demolition myself and they hauled away the black bags from my demo work at no extra charge. Crew chief C. Colombe did a great job keeping us updated as the three day job progressed.
