Update: I am completely impressed by the professionalism and dedication demonstrated by everyone I met at JES Foundation Repair. Bryan Rutherford and Morgan Oakley arrived at my home right on time. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They started working right away, also took the time to thoroughly explain to me the entire process and gave me an accurate estimated time of completion. When the job was about 90% done, unfortunately a piece of equipment broke down. They finished the remaining tasks as much as they could, cleaned the worksite and promised to come back a week later to complete the job, as soon as the faulty equipment was fixed. To my surprise, Bryan called me the next morning and told me that he’d be back on that day, as he was concerned about the unsealed area of the driveway and wanted to take care of it right away. He managed to find a workaround, drove to my house (out of his way) and completed the remaining job. They did such a fantastic job my driveway almost looks like new again! Thank you, Bryan, Morgan, Jesse for your help. I would not hesitate to recommend JES Foundation Repair to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy concrete repair. --------------- My concrete driveway needed repair and I found JES Foundation Repair while searching for a local contractor. Jesse Anderson got in touch with me right away, and visited my home the next day. He was on time, courteous, patient, provided clear answers to all my questions. He emailed me a very detailed inspection report, including drawings to depict the projected work and a reasonable cost estimate, at 9:05pm on the same day. Later on, I had some follow-up questions and Jesse was always very understanding and responsive. On one occasion, he was kept busy during working hours but emailed back to me at 11:38pm, which was totally unexpected. It’s hard nowadays to find someone who genuinely cares about the customer as much as Jesse did. I am impressed by Jesse’s professionalism, diligence and genuine concern towards customers. I have subsequently signed a service contract with JES Foundation Repair, looking forward to having my driveway fixed in early October.

I had a nagging issue with my home that had been causing me a lot of worry, so I contacted JES Foundation Repair. They promptly sent out a technician, Mr. Palmer, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Mr.Palmer was extremely professional and took the time to conduct a thorough review and analysis of the problem. His insights were well thought out and logical, giving me a clear understanding of both the situation and the best course of action. Throughout the process, he was patient and answered all my questions, ensuring I felt comfortable with the recommendations. His knowledge and expertise were evident, making me feel confident in the solutions he proposed. I would highly recommend JES Foundation Repair and specifically Mr. Palmer to anyone in need of foundation services.

I had basement waterproofing done and JES did great work. They started the job on schedule and finished a day early. Roberto Lemus, Osman Ochoa and Alejandro Vazquez were fantastic. Roberto kept me informed during the entire process. At the end of every day I was given an update and walk thru. They cleaned up when the entire job was finished.
