Description of Work: Jay performed an Infrared scan of our home after it was rebuilt from a Lightning strike fire. We'd used him as part of our original home inspection when we purchased the house, and it was easy to know we were going to use him again. Professional, good reports, visuals showed what we needed and it helped with the contractor fixing the insulation before the drywall was put up. We could show exactly what needed to be addressed, which saved the contractor time and money, and it made our utility bills smaller! We will use Jay again, he's very knowledgeable and professional. We have used others in the past, not even close to worth it versus Jay, he actually did the job and did it extremely well.

+ -1 moreWhen the home inspector that we originally booked to complete the pre-drywall inspection of our new home fell through we contacted Jay and set up an inspection with him on short notice. He was so nice on the phone and really put us at ease. He arrived about 45 minutes early for the appointment and wasted no time inspecting the home from start to finish, even speaking with our production manager. He noted a few areas of concern and provided them in a detailed report. Most notably though, he took the time to talk to us and walk us through the home and really explain everything to us (and answer all of our questions). He was very knowledgeable. He pointed out several items he felt were best practices (that far exceeded code requirements) for our builder and our home. He was very impressed with the home and made us feel good about our decision. We would absolutely highly recommend Jay.
