I would not be happier with the job Homepros Contracting performed. They were professional, on time, and did an outstanding job. The owner took the time to make recommendations which proved to be extremely helpful with the bathroom re-model. They installed a new shower, tile, granite countertop and travertine floor. It is beautiful. The painting also turned out very well. Homepros installed ceiling trim which updated the house and looks wonderful

Homepros helped us create our dream kitchen! We could not be happier with how everything turned out! It is honestly a dream come true! We were very meticulous about everything (it is our kitchen, after all, and we wanted it perfect) The Homepro team was very professional during the whole process. Homepros did a phenomenal job and even customized some parts exactly how we wanted them! Everything was perfect! Including the customer service. They have followed up and came back out on 3 different occasion to fix some minor issues that any remodel job entails, so they back their warranty. They were very friendly and I trusted them in my house at all times. We will definitely come back to Homepros for our next remodel job!

HomePro's did an outstanding job. I replaced my floors and showers with travertine and replaced my countertops with granite. They removed the tub out of the guest bathroom and installed and beautiful walk in shower with wall cutouts and accents. I could not be happier with the work. I have updated bathrooms and the work was professionally done. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves each day, and I have received numerous compliments on my new bathrooms. I highly recommend them!

The work was done professionally and the house looks amazing. I was highly impressed with the price and the fact that Jeremiah stayed with the original quote price without increasing the price for every little item which so many contractors do. The work was done and was done on time. Additionally, I work from home and they were extremely courteous to my need for privacy while working. I would highly recommend Jeremiah from HomePros for any work that you need done in your home.

He still has not laid the carpet which I asked him to hold off on initially. More importantly, we still needed him to finish the electrical work. He came out a couple of Saturdays ago to try and change the contract. On 9/27 he said his electrician subcontractor would come out to finish the job but he never arrived.

It all began well. Contractors showed up on time, lots of people working hard, very responsive, and friendly. 85% of the work (framing, insulating, drywalling) was done well, and on an aggressive schedule. Contractors were flexible when materials were unavailable and returned when materials were delivered. The details matter though. Lots of smaller items were not well-finished or required attention afterwards from other contractors, especially the electrical work. One electrical outlet was not grounded and the polarity was reversed which caused our big screen television to blow out. Several electrical outlets were loosely installed and had to be repaired. Pot lights were not installed where requested, and the bulbs had to be replaced at additional expense to get dimmer capacity. Dimmer was not installed as requested in one area, and the light switch was misplaced in two others. All of these problems were corrected by a second contractor at my expense. More troubling though was trustworthiness and professionalism. Some jewelry disappeared (can not positively point to these contractors, but the signs point to the electrician or someone on their team being responsible). An exterior iron railing was broken off from its brick footings and we were not told nor did we discover it until later after the job was completed. Other household and personal items (two glass table tops, a pair of expensive work boots, a fleece jacket) turned up missing once the work was completed. Contractors returned unused material to Home Depot, but failed to return receipts. Also failed to acknowledge or return phone calls and emails trying to address problems. I regret writing an unsatisfactory review because I liked these guys, they quoted a fair price, did most of the work satisfactorily on an aggressive schedule, replaced some broken items at their own expense, and left a little money on the table for work unperformed. But the problems - the electrical, the missing items, and the end of communications-are as troubling as the work that was otherwise good. As I continue to find problems that need to be rectified, and without return phone calls from the contractors, my overall satisfaction with their work diminishes. Details, workmanship, finishing, follow-through, and trust, are critical to project and customer satisfaction.

Our foundation had ben leaking for some time before we noticed mold. We hired Home Pros to fix our water and mold issue. they did just that. They installed a exterior drain system along with injecting the foundation with something that stopped the leaking. I don't know what that stuff was but it works great!

Overall - the work was done very well and very professional. Everything from the estimate to the work performed was outstanding.

the experience was very positive. Homepros finished off my basement which included everything from the framing, drywall, paint, installation of a bathroom, and the carpeting. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and would recommend them to any of my friends.
