Description of Work: HVAC tech came out and stated the system needed 2 lbs of Freon. Emergency heating works, but regular heating blows cool air.

+ -1 moreHevert did not give the lowest quote for an inspection, but had the best availability and the most impressive review record with straight As. The 2-person team arrived as agreed and carried out a thorough inspection of both furnaces. I was briefed in detail about the procedure and the findings. It was obvious that some pipes needed replacement. Hevert kindly agreed to come the next day, as there was a potential CO problem. He arrived as promised and worked overtime to complete the repairs. Again, he took time to brief me in detail about the work done. I was impressed with his professionalism and thorough work.
Description of Work: Maintenance inspection of two furnaces. Replacement of rusted pipes.
