Wonderful! They came in, gave me a quote, wore a mask, and were very nice on the phone.

The work met my most optimistic expectations. Bryan took the time to understand the details and to have the work approached in a way that avoided the serious potential complications. I am as satisfied with this experience as any in 50 years of working with contractors.

This is my 3rd or 4th service call to Eddie's in about as many years. They are always easy to schedule. I have twice now cancelled a 'back up' appt with a plumbing outfit that is closer to my home because Eddie's can somehow always get to us first. They are knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and effective. I am confident when they leave that the job was done well and I will not need to call them back. I add my review with great trepidation that well reviewed companies become less accessible but they deserve the accolade. And they're just nice people!

Eddie's Plumbing is the BEST!!! The guys come promptly, do what they are suppose to in a polite and fair manner. As a single woman , living alone, I have ALWAYS felt safe and non threatened by any of the staff from Eddie's. Communication is never an issue. I can not express how wonderful these folks are. I have sent them business from friends and clients, all I hear back is how wonderful these guys are to work with. No complants from anyone. Just happy people thanking me for a great referral.

They are reliably knowledgeable, punctual and courteous. Although their Angies List ad is a little misleading regarding pricing, I find Eddie's Plumbing a good value. The owner called me regarding the Angie's list ad and is correcting the prolem.

There was a bit of confusion surrounding the first scheduled date for the service. Bryan promptly emailed me and explained what happened and requested to bump the call back a week, which was fine with me. Bryan and Matt came out promptly this morning...10 minutes early actually. They were extremely friendly and professional and did a great job at fixing the issues in my house. They went above and beyond and helped me prevent future issues with a little caulking in my bath tub. They used drop cloths and kept everything clean while they were working. Matt even re-stocked the junk under my kitchen sink in a way that was a lot more organized than the way i had it before. The gas line was a bit of a pain to get fixed, but Bryan kept at it, and got everything sorted it, and left everything in better condition than he found it, for sure! Thanks guys....job well done, and I'll definitely give you a call in the future for my other plumbing needs.

It went well they were very professional and had my problem fixed in no time. The only thing I would caution all plumbers, electricians anyone providing service in someone's home to bring covers for their shoes.

The shower head was fixed in 5 minutes. The rest of the time there was monkeying around between the uncle and his nephew in my sink. At the end I was told that nothing could be done without new parts. This time added $75 to my cost and did not help me at all.

They come on time, they are professional and pleasant, and they do it right the first time! They do it in good time, too!

A+++ I am a property manager, have tried many plumbers and have been less than pleased with most. I found Eddie's Plumbing on Angie's List and after reading their reviews thought they might be worth trying. I purchased the $50 for $100 worth of service, contacted them through Angie's list, emailed my information to their office and got an email reply as well as a prompt telephone call. They called the tenant immediately and scheduled the work. Brian, the plumber came exactly when he said he would. He called in advance to let us know he was on the way. The work was done professionally, the price was very fair and Brian was very courteous. I have already initiated a service call with them for another property I manage. My Landlord is pleased, the tenant is happy and our company will call Eddie's for all of our plumbing needs from now on.

These guys are The Best! Have had minor work done by them in the past, so when house completely flooded, they were the ones I called. They did a complete repiping of the entire house; installed an outside faucet; replaced disposal, ran a new water line to the refrigerator, replaced the water heater. Besides being pleasant at every follow up question asked, they worked quickly and efficiently. They are simply the best out there. They should be on the first page of Angie's List - they are on the top of mine - and I've given their card to any and everyone who needs a plumber. Thanks - over and over again!

Overall, went well. They were running an hour late but called to let me know. They were professional, quick, and willing to look at another minor problem I was having even though it wasn't on my initial call. Gave me advice of how to avoid future problems.

Bryan got back to us very quickly after we purchased a Big Deal with Eddie's Plumbing. There was a leak under the kitchen sink, and he quickly determined the disposal had to be replaced. He was very professional and worked quickly, but didn't seem rushed. The following day he called to say that he thought of something that he wanted to double check, and he came back at no charge. Everything has worked fine. Overall we were pleased and will use the service again.

Great. I bought a deal of the day. I called the company in the morning and they came out the same day. The guys were very professional, friendly, and helpful.

My husband called Eddie's Plumbing last week regarding possibly removing gas piping from the kitchen. We bought a new oven and due to this piping, we weren't able to get it flush against the wall. This prevented us from being able to open the dishwasher all the way. Bryan was very professional, friendly easy to talk to and scheduled an appointment the very next day. He came, saw the problem, and quickly came up with an easy solution for us. He was in and out in 30 minutes! We have never called a plumber before and will definitely look him up again for future plumbing needs!

I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom and I could not determine where it was coming from. The two gentlemen that came out were very professional and respectful. They quickly diagnosed that the leak was coming from the bathtub shutoff valve and took care of the problem. There were in and out in under 30 minutes. I was impressed and relieved. Thank you Eddie's for competent work at a fair price. I will definitely call Eddie's again if I am in need of a plumber.

Let's just say I was very fortunate Eddie's Plumbing knocked on the wrong door of the condo the day I had other plumbers over to do an estimate for the rough-in. After the leading potential plumbing company on my list of 20 (4fastplumber) came back for a followup estimate and totally hiked up the price from the initial ~$800 to "$1200-$1400", and other plumbers had estimated price ranges between "$1200-$2800", and that it "would be a whole day job" and a "take it or leave it" attitude (my bf has done construction work in Germany and called them out on the BS), I ran outside in the rain to see if the other plumbers were still around and could drop by to do their estimate. And that's where I met Eddie's Plumbing. Long story short, after I got the final estimate from Eddie's Plumbing (it took a bit longer since we were opening up the drywall and found an even closer piping for the work to be done), and got my condo board to approve the laundry install, they were able to finally come today. Throughout the estimate process they were detailed about what they would do and why it would have to be done a certain way to make it pass permit. It took about 3.5 hrs (whole day job my butt to the other plumbing companies), and they were very professional and clean. I appreciate their honesty, and their ethical work attitude. The other plumbing companies just threw out a number without explanation and also because I was female and thought they could get away with charging exorbitant rates since they thought I wouldn't know what they were talking about. Eddie's will be my go-to plumbing company and I would highly recommend their services.

We have been using Eddies for years...Eddie's sons are now generally working in his place as he is in semi retirement. We have been very pleased with their work and in my opinion their charges are fair.

Eddie's did a great job, as always! I have used them several times, and have always had a good experience. I called this morning because the pipes under the kitchen sink were leaking. Bryan sent someone over within two hours, and they replaced all the pipes and set up a new configuration so I wouldn't have problems again in the future. All at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Eddie's.

Excellent response time and efficient through job each and every time. Definitely our "go to" plumber.

My water bill seemed unusually high. They pumped out the street connection, which was full because it had rained, to be sure there was no leak at the street, and they checked the vent in the toilet because I thought it had low water level and was making odd noises. They didn't find any leaks, and they said the toilet appeared to be working normally. I will ask them to come back soon to replace my failing kitchen drainpipe, which is located in a tight crawlspace, and just for peace of mind I may also ask them to clean out the main vent and install a vent cover as we have many tall trees. I will call Eddie's for major plumbing repairs because my house is old -- I can only have contractors who have a great deal of experience working on old houses. Also, because they are thorough, clean, courteous. They were referred by a neighbor and I'm very happy with their professionalism.

They did an excellent job. It turned out better than we expected. They came to the house at the exact time they said to do a check on the issue. They provided an estimate for the work later that same day. We decided to use them and set up a time for the work right after the holidays. They arrived on time (again), friendly (again), respectful (again), and even put up with our barking dog who is uncomfortable around any type of service professional. They had the work done sooner than we expected with no problems or sudden hidden charges or fee. I plan to recommend them to anyone who asks, and will use them again should any additional plumbing issues arise. We were delighted with the service, as well as the new sink.

Crew showed up on time and were done earlier than promised. Did a very good job.
