Easy and very helpful to work with. Doug and Lynn were patient in helping us select the hardwood flooring. The tile work (about 152 sq ft) by Jim was excellent and of very high quality. All workers were very punctual arriving to measure for the work, deliver the flooring, and for the tile and hardwood installation. The floor crew tore up the old carpet, linoleum, and hardwood flooring and installed the new hardwood all in one day. The work was of high quality, very professionally done, the crew excellent and friendly. We had three different estimates all in the same ballpark but went with Doug and Lynn as they were the most personable, easy to work with, and were located close by.

Very professional in person for the estimate, on the phone for the sales transactions, and in person for the installation. This was a class act operation from start to finish. Prices were very reasonable, quality name brand carpet installed, and clean up was excellent. Highly recommended.

We are pleased with the quality of the two rugs and how well they fit into our new home decor. The suggestion that both rugs should be the same due to the small L-shaped dining/living room area was perfect. Anything else would have looked too chopped up and would not have tied everything together. Definitely recommend Clawes and would use them again with no hesitation.

They did our Italian Porcelain kitchen floor. It turned out AMAZING! Those guys and gals ROCK!!!

Great! This was our first experience with Clawes, but it sure won't be our last. Both Doug the rep who came to give us our estimate & Valerie in the Bristow office were fantastic to deal & work with. The 2 installers were great too, they did a great job, communicated well, were neat & cleaned up after themselves well too. Their $ price also included an "Angies List" % discount. Great job!

We received quotes from a few different places. Not only was Clawes final price able to beat the others but the service was a huge selling point for us. Valerie was outstanding. She really paid attention to what we were looking for and provided tremendous service. Their selection was fantastic as well. This location also had a play area for our children which was a bonus. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I contiue to be impressed with the quality of goods and services from Clawes. Bedroom carpet installed in 2014 developed a wrinkle and needed to be stretched. Doug from the Bristow store arrived as scheduled and spent almost two hours taking care of the job. He spent time explaining what he was doing and discussing carpet quality and installation techniques. I expected to pay some reasonable fee but Doug said no, its on them. We have previously purchased carpet and hardwood flooring from Clawes and endorse them highly. The know their craft and provide insightful advice and insight. And this good service provided this week is just another example of their dedication to quality.
