They did a great job of cleaning the carpets. The only thing that I didn't like is that they told me that they were going to apply a stain guard as we had some spots all over our carpets but they didn't do that. They were running a kind of discount at that time when we called them to do the work and they usually do at the end of every season. They also did first stain removal through the pads. They have a UV rays that shows exactly where the pad is damaged and they go and apply the pet stain treatment. So it sterilizes it when it comes through the cleaner. They just chemically treat the pet stains and sterilize it out and hopefully clean that up. I noticed that the odor was completely gone. It's a very good cleaning because it's dry as they use the hot steam which goes down into fibers of the carpet. They advertise it pretty well and they don't allow using soaps. They recommended us something that does the same kind of action on a local spot that sucks all away with the dirt and we don't have to scrub at all.

We are about to use them again. We have a rental property. We have used them several times. It was $129 for the last service. It's never the whole house. They come in and do whatever areas need to be done. When they last came out, they did the hallway and a staircase because we had new carpeting elsewhere. The time before that, it was just a room in the basement. I have never had the whole house done. In getting quotes from people, they are usually the best. They usually do it the same day. They charge by square foot. They are always very courteous. All the times that I have used them, I have always had the same person. I guess they have areas that they do. They always make it out within a day or two of calling, which is really nice. They have always done it the same day. I would use their services in the future too.

It was a rainy, muddy weekday and they were having a special, so I took advantage of it and it was during the snow time. They came in, covered everything so that they did not track mud in and had everything none. It was a snow day, so I had my children plus their friends in the house and they were just super. They got everything done and got everything measured and cleaned. They were just two young guys and they were incredibly polite, professional and they dealt with the dogs and the kids wonderfully. I spent a total of $300 because there was a 25% off.
