Bristow Remodeling

Description of Work: Complete remodel of master bath. Installed owner-purchased tile, shower base, shower doors, toilet, vanity, exhaust fan, medicine cabinet, and accessories.

Description of Work: Finishing Basement in our Single Family Home. Chris Conroy (Owner) Bristow Remodeling came over to give us an estimate on finishing our basement complete with a full bathroom, guest room, play room, custom closets, and a wet bar. Unsure about what we wanted in the first place, Chris looked over our space and took notes about what was important to us and how we would best use our space. He took measurements and returned later in the week with not one but 2 options for us. Two separate layouts for our basement and we liked them both! After choosing one, we spoke about the project in general and all the procedures that would happen soon after. Chris was knowledgeable about the entire process from electrical, and plumbing to carpentry and construction. His crew was punctual, professional and super clean! Sawdust and wood trimming we cleaned up and my floor was swept, vacuumed and picked up each day they were there. Chris guided us on how to pull the proper permits for the job. The project moved pretty smoothly. During the process many designing questions came up and Chris was there to guide us through the placement of walls, room sizes and light placement, speakers and granite and tile. This man has done it all! If he can't do it, he will find you someone who can! As far as his crew was concerned, they were professional, friendly and never bothered us while they were working. They were competent and extremely trustworthy, and punctual! Bristow Remodeling was not the only bid we received to get the job done. What we liked was that Chris looked at the project as if he was the home owner taking into consideration ceiling soffits, pipes, doorways and the overall layout and flow of the room.
