One Call Bristol

Never had any experience with provider due to no show for discussion of project appointment and no call or explanation of not coming out.

We used Angies list to email One Call Bristol, and said we needed crown molding installed. We received an immediate response asking us to call or provide our telephone number to set up an appointment for our free estimate. We replied immediately with our phone number, and a list of several days we were available. After not hearing from the company for several days we emailed them on 3 April 2012, and told them if we didn't hear from them by 5 April 2012 to set up a date for the estimate we would assume we needed to find another contractor. We never received a reply.

He did a horrible job. He didn't finish the work he started.

The roof job has just been excellent. He is a very nice guy. He's had a couple of guys helping out but for the most part he's done just about all of the work himself. Even my neighbor had come over and talked to Dustin yesterday to possibly to some work for him. I don't know much about the work he's doing but I know it looks good. He is very professional and answers my questions. He's been trying to educate me on what he's doing. He will do what you ask him to do and more than willing to do it. He is just a very honest person and the price is very reasonable for all of the work he is doing.

This gentleman was suppose to come to my home to install some ceramic tile. He has not called to cancel or to let me know that he would be arriving late. Very unprofessional.

Once I contacted OneCall to clean my gutters, they came out within a week and did a great job. They only spent about 20 minutes to half an hour on the cleaning and charged $100, which I thought was just a little bit pricey. But compared to what I'm used to (another handyman), just getting OneCall to come out and DO IT was worth the extra money spent. Up until now, I'd been waiting for 3 months for my own handyman to put in an appearance. OneCall was professional, prompt, delivered what they promised. I will definitely use them again.

I scheduled a home visit to get an estimate for roofing. This contractor scheduled service, but never showed up. This was extremely inconvenient since I took a day off of work to meet the contractor.

I had some loose shingles and about a dozen where tabs had blown off and needed to be replaced. When I talked to Dustin over the phone, he asked me the color of the shingles. He not only showed up on time, but he had some shingles in the back of his van that were a close match to my existing ones (the roof is about 15 years old, so an exact match is impossible). He gave me a quote of $75 to replace/glue down the shingles. I then asked about cleaning approximately 25? of gutter that is pretty high off the ground; he told me that it would be an additional $25. Needless to say, my only question was ?When can you do it?. He had his tools with him and went right to work. I am thrilled both with Justin personally and the job he did. I have been in the Northeast TN area for six years and this is the first pleasurable dealing with a contractor I?ve had. Would I recommend him? Most assuredly!

He was on time. He worked for 4 hours and didn't take a break, but did have to wait once for adhesive to dry. Price was nice. Job looked nice. Through out the job, he was very tidy and clean and when he left I couldn't tell he was here except for my repaired floor! He even wiped his footprints from the rain up as he headed to the door.

I'm not much for writing how well a job was preformed. All I can say is that One Call Bristol did a fantastic job on our deck. Would I recommend this company? Of course. Our next project for them is replacement of dry wall. And, I know it will be completed in the same manner as our deck was, professionally and on time.

The job took him longer than he thought it would. He was very personable. He got the job done well. I was satisfied with his work.
