 + -1 moreIt was sort of like a door with glass panes in it. They did a really really good job. It was a good experience for me. They were very very good. The install went beautifully. They were very professional and helpful. It looks good. We were well pleased. They've put in doors for me at different times. I liked that they really good job and the door really opened up the house. Plus I have a skylight and it really lights up the hallway.
Description of Work: I had a door put in between the upstairs and the basement.

 + -1 moreBoth doors were high quality. Everything we've done with Lowe's as far as them coming out and doing things have been pretty good. The price was fair. They had to come back one time but they did come back.

 + -1 moreThey did an outstanding job. It was fair. The whole thing was a good experience. They were very helpful when I went to the store to pick out the carpet. They showed me different grades. The installation was a beautiful job. It's been about 3 years now and the carpet is just great. I was well pleased. Nothing in the whole experience was bad even the time they set up. It was just a good experience. I'd go back to them in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: In April,2012 I purchased a Patio sliding door with built-in blinds that open, close and slide up and down along with a screen door at Lowe's 925 Patriot Dr. Elizabethton, TN. They explained their Lowe's credit plans including the special finance plan which I really thought was excellent so applied for it knowing I could pay it off within 6 mos and not be charged any interest! I was told I would hear from an installer within a few days. I heard from him the very next day and was advised it could take up to 2 weeks before installation could not be done due to a high volume of business. I agreed but was pleasantly surprised a week later when he called, had a cancillation and would I like tto come that day! He was very pleasant, professional and the results were great! I am very happy with the entire service I received from start to finish! I just wish I could remember the name of the company who installed the door so I could recommend them also!!
