I have used Kelly for many years, both in my home and at my business. He has always been very professional and friendly. Kelly has done electrical, plumbing and air/heat issues for me and he has always come through and with the best price. He uses my American Home Shield with no issues. I called him because my home air conditioning was not working and on a Saturday morning he came knocking on my door to tell me it was fixed and I didn't even know he was there. He charged me nothing to do this and on a Saturday? That's a good company in my book. I would recommend him all day long.

Worked on furnace three times, three different issues but none fixed the heat. With temperatures in the twenties, an electric heater is not enough, especially from a government contractor job. He had a five hundred budget which he used for $150 labor dollars, 2 $38 switches and a thermostat. Do not use this company, I find it unprofessional to call clients crackheads living off the government when someone is disabled and threaten to fight my disabled husband,

They were recommended by an associate of mine at work. Mr. Wilson was very prompt to respond to my call for an estimate. He had a detailed price sheet on several different units in various price ranges. Prices included parts and labor. I was able to choose based on name brand and to meet my budget. The unit came with very good manufacturer's warranty. They were prompt and installed on the date promised. They completed the work in one day, were neat and considerate of my personal property. They were very professional and friendly. I have been very pleased both with the product and the installation.

Not well - I called this company to find out about putting a geothermal heat pump into an existing home where my compressor had gone out on my older, conventional heat pump. The owner said he was wanting to "corner the market" in the area for these so I assumed he would know a lot about them. When I asked how much I would save over a ten-year period to go geothermal instead of a regular heat pump he couldn't answer and told me to go to "Century" website and find that out, to which I tried and there was no such website. I asked him to come and look at my house to tell me what he thought I would need and give me a bid and he said he'd been doing it for so long that he could tell me over the phone without looking at it. How can someone give a bid without knowing square footage, the layout of the house, yard, etc.? He also gave me a price (not based on looking at my house, obviously) when I first called and the next time he gave me a higher price and said the lower one was if I did a lot of the work myself). What homeowner is prepared to dig trenches for a geothermal themselves?
