The representative arrived promptly. He checked the layout of house and the yard. He took measurements and then provided me with a detailed written estimate. I am still trying to get estimates from other providers but I seem to be playing phone tag with them. My work hours are a bit erratic so getting in touch and making appointments isn't easy. They were willing to come after I got home from work and seemed to be easy to work with, so they are still under consideration. I just believe in having more than one or two estimates before I start a large project.

Crosswhite's team was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They installed the units, both inside and outside, and made sure everything was working well before departing the premises. We have been most pleased with our work with this company.

Arrived promptly when scheduled, located problem in minutes, returned next morning, as promised, with new replacement fan blade, completed repair in 5 minutes time. Also, honored $45 coupon from phone directory. We have used Crosswhite before and have received excellent service and fair prices every time!

I had an existing Rheem central air (10 SEER) with gas furnace. The compressor was bad in the air conditioning unit. Steve Crosswhite came and provided a quote for the job. He recommended replacing air conditioning unit with a heat pump. The heat pump would provide a dual fuel capability ... electric or gas. The estimate was very reasonable. Within a week, Steve had worked me into his schedule (you can imagine what it is like trying to find an A/C repairman in July) and they replaced the air conditioning unit with a new Rheem heat pump (13 SEER) in just a few hours. The job was professionally done. Technicians were professional. The new thermostat they installed giving me the dual fuel heat was state-of-the-art and had been pre-programmed. So, far we are very pleased with the new unit ...it is working flawlessly. It's nice to be cool again. Not sure I will go outside for a week ! Thanks, for a great job.

Mr.Crosswhite and an assistant showed up when promised. They were able to confirm that the coolant wasn't low that afternoon. Drats! He seemed to think the compressor was bad , but the compressor was too hot to test it that day. He turned off the outside unit and explained how to use emergency heat if I needed it. He promised to be back the next day and , lo and behold, he showed up. As luck would have it , the compressor had indeed died! Mr.Crosswhite gave me an estimate on a new compressor with a years warranty. He asked me if I wanted to go that route or would I be interested in a newer higher efficiency unit with a 10 year warranty on parts and 5 year labor warranty. The cost was reasonable enough, so I said yes. Besides it just didn't make sense to replace a part in that old system when a newer more efficient unit was not that much more money. He asked me all kinds of questions about usage , square footage ,etc. He toured our home and we discussed how the old unit had performed. We have cathedral ceilings in several rooms and our home is harder to heat than some.He suggested we up the new unit a half ton higher . He ordered the new unit that day and called a couple of days later to confirm installation date. Steve showed up with his installtion crew when promised . After showing the men what had to be done , he left to do other jobs. The two men( Darrin and Rickie) who installed the heat pump were very experienced and knew exactly what to do and went straight to work. They were both extremely polite and didn't seem to mind that I chatted with them as they worked. They didn't charge me any extra for my presence or input. LOL By 3:30 that afternoon, both units were installed along with a new thermostat. Darrin showed me how to operate the thermostat and answered my questions and I was given the operational manuals .They also had to run a new condensation tube underneath my house . My garage was thoroughly swept to remove any loose screws or pieces of metal that might get in my car tires.Very thoughtful of them. Actually, my garage looks better than it did before they started working !! They cleaned up all the debris from my lawn and hauled it away in their truck. The unit seems to be performing very well and heats and cools a lot faster than the old heat pump.

He was very personable and accompanied by one assistant. Office called to confirm appt and Steve called to let me know when he was close to the job site. He corrected several small issues with the condensation drainage system, checked over the natural gas unit and the electric A/C unit, and added several ounces of Freon. I used the $45 coupon offered which brought the cost from $145 to $95 for the entire visit. I will definitely use them again. They are responsive and punctual and Steve was knowledgeable about my system and area to look for when performing an assessment.

Called there contact number to schedule an appointment. They were booked up for a couple of days but responded within 2 days to our system outage. They arrived on time and left within an hour after fixing our issue.

After purchasing a "as is" foreclosed home we went in the attic and realized critters had lived there using all insulation from heat pump ducts to make nests. Every single one had be torn apart. Stuck on the main unit was this company's number and address so I assumed they would be the best to get this fixed and also check on the unit itself. The secretary let me know that due to warm weather they were busier than usual and could not get to me till wednesday the following week which was fine. They showed up as expected to assess the damages and provided me with an estimate. I agreed on it and they said they would come and do the work on Saturday morning. Later that day, I received a call from them letting me know they had a job canceled for the next day and could come then instead. I was thrilled about it. As promised, they showed up on Thursday morning, Steve, the boss, explained to Daniel, his employee what needed to be done and left. Daniel was there most of the day, never even stopped for lunch, just a couple of breaks. Very nice young man, very polite. Steve came back when all was done to check on the unit itself. We then ran into a couple of problems.First, we discovered that one of the thermostat was missing, fortunately Steve had the one needed in his truck, and then, one of the zone was not working. Steve went back to the attic to an area not previously check and found a main duct tucked away that was torn from the base which needed to be replaced and was the cause of our problem. Steve promised to come back the next day to do it. He was back, again, as promised. Daniel did the fixing and the cleaning. The unit was checked again and this time worked like a charm. Steve informed me that he was the one who originally had installed this unit, he checked his records and informed me that I still had a year warranty on it. My bill was a bit higher than the original but that was expected due to the new thermostat and extra duct work. Steve also came to my other house for the yearly check up of that unit as well. I will be using his services from now on. I appreciated the courtesy, promptness, honesty and workmanship of his company.

Mr. Crosswhite was quick to set up an appointment, prompt in showing up for the appointment, respectful and professional. He and his assistant got right to work, found and reported the problem, then fixed it. I had to leave work to meet him at my house and he was very efficient and I got right back to work. Everyone has told me that what I was charged was VERY reasonable. I would (will) have them back to do my yearly inspections and if I have any other problems.
