Description of Work: I call and left a message.............but he did not response quickly.......it took him 2 weeks to return my call. I told him that someone else had already done the job. If you have a problem, you don't want to wait 2 weeks for an intial response. Will not call him again.

Description of Work: R e-fastened partial guttering that had become loose due to a storm. Also installed security screws in existing gutter guards on entire roof, very pleased with this. Failed to reconnect downspout on damaged guttering but returned and corrected within the week. Very personable.

 + 0 moreI was extremely pleased with the professional and courteous service provided. Mr. Bentley and an assistant replaced the insulation. I could feel an immediate difference in the warmth of the room. I had not requested a quote on the crawl space door. Following the completion of the attic, I requested a quote which Mr. Bentley provided. Mr. Bentley quickly provided the door on the same day. It was a bitter cold day to provide such repairs, but Mr. Bentley's willingness to work quickly and efficiently enabled me to immediately benefit from this additional means to retain the heat in my home. Both of these folks were extremely careful not to make a mess or to track in snow.
Description of Work: Replaced blown-in insulation in attic following replacement of ceiling, after roof replacement by other contractors. Also, replaced damaged plywood with door to crawl space area under house.
