 + 1 moreHe began work promptly, asked for no money until the work was 100% complete, did some custom work we asked for on the deck without modifying his original estimate and even climbed onto the roof to straighten a chimney guard that had blown partially off during a storm. His final price was the same as his original estimate and I am VERY pleased with the work! You couldn't find a better person!
Description of Work: I originally called Brian to get him to clean my gutters. However, when he arrived he told me about the other services he offered and gave me a quick estimate on also cleaning and staining my deck (a LARGE deck), and cleaning the vinyl siding on the house. The price was more than reasonable and I decided to have him do everything.
