A True Clean & Restore

Spoke to owner who explained full process for my wool as well as synthetic rugs. They picked up and moved furniture off the rugs where needed. The 7 rugs were finished on time but A True Clean held them about 2 weeks because we were moving. A timely delivery was made and the rugs turned out beautifully.

A True Clean worked with us to get the carpet cleaning scheduled before the moving truck arrived. On cleaning day they did a walk through and provided us a quote before doing any work. We vacated the house and left them to their business. The guys sent texts and pictures showing progress and any trouble areas. They turned on all the fans and locked up on their way out. Carpets looked great and the customer service was excellent. One note on my review, I graded a B on price ONLY because I did not get any other quotes to compare to. Bottom line is that I am pleased with the service and won't hesitate to use A True Clean again.

Perfect!! I couldn't have asked for nicer people or a better job! There were stains in the living room and bedroom that I was sure just couldn't be removed, when they were done the stains were not only gone but it all looked as clean as the day it was installed and that was 5 years ago! I could not be happier!!

My last tenant had two dogs and a kid so my carpet was stained way beyond what I thought could even be cleaned, also there was a torn place at one of the bedroom doors I guess where a dog tried to dig his way out. The brothers gave me a quote of $200 over the phone without seeing how bad the carpet was and said they would repair the torn place for $40. They arrived on time, were very professional and said the job would be no problem, but would take a little time (because they do it right). First, they matched a piece of carpet from the closet and repaired the torn place in the carpet. Second, they sprayed the carpet with stain remover which made a world of difference before they even touched the carpet. Then they did an excellent job at cleaning the carpet, I had to leave before they where done, and they closed the blinds and locked the doors for me when they left. I will definitely use them in the future.

They thoroughly assessed the carpet that was to be cleaned, and they had equipment to locate the numerous pet stained areas in my carpet. They gave me an incredible range of options to remedy my situation, and they explained in great detail what would be done and what the cost would be as well. Then, the 2 of them worked diligently for 3 hours, and they did the most professional, thorough, and attention to detail job that I have ever seen in my life. These guys are out of this World AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

CARPET CLEANING: Have used several other companies. this experience was the best. Friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Two brothers worked together; both very knowledgable. You could tell they were very proud of their work. Results were outstanding. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They showed up at the time agreed on and performed all the work with excellent quality. There were two brothers who have the business who were most cordial and knowledgeable. I have had rugs cleaned numerous times before, but this was by far the best job I have ever seen. They tightened the rugs in 3 rooms and made the house look like new. I cannot say enough good about this company.

Eddie was thorough, took his time, and made sure I was satisfied. He removed stains on carpet that previous companies could not remove.

The 2 gentlemen (brothers, I think) did the most thorough job cleaning a whole house of carpet, plus upholstery, of anyone we've used. Took them several hours, but u pay by job rather than by hours so this wasn't a concern for us. They showed up at a rental property, and our door lock had been vandalized. These guys offered to wait until we could get a locksmith in, then waited while the lock was changed, and then cleaned completely without any complaints and without rushing to make up for the lost time we cost them. I will always choose them for this type work in the future!
