GM Cleaning Service

We hired GM Cleaning to do a first-time deep clean of our home after meeting with them and going over areas and items in need of specific work, as well as our expectations for general cleaning. We set a date and time to begin several days later and they arrived on time, attended to each area we specified, and did a great job with the specific work as well as the general cleaning overall. This team is thorough, reasonable, and does great work. They are great people and we highly recommend them.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! First, I was quoted a price of $150 for a cleaning project. After the project was completed, Marisela said, No No, it’s $200 She did not understand English so it was difficult to communicate with her. I always spoke with her husband, Luis Martinez. I wrote her the check for $200 and told her I was very disappointed and she had lost a customer. Marisela replied, No problem, I want $200. I left a message for Luis about my concerns and I never heard back from him. This is the second time and the last time I will deal with this company. Be very aware of their tactics.

Really put a lot of time into the job of getting my home clean to list for sale. Plan to use after we move out to give the new homeowner a nice clean home. I'm a Realtor and plan to recommend to clients.
