"We recently have our basement finished. I was looking for a trusted and reliable contractor for quite a while. I feel very fortunate that finally I found one. The first time I met Syed from Stellar Remodels company, his honest response left me a deep impression. He is approachable and knowledgeable and experienced in project management. He has worked for many years in the construction field. Syed laid out the entire process very simply for us to understand. It was a very straightforward process. The price he offered was reasonable and great. The construction team led by Ainea was incredible responsive and prompt throughout the entire process. They were great getting back to us with answers to all our questions, and flexible with scheduling. The workers were always on time, nice, kind, and respectful of our home. When we had concerns or issues, they quickly resolved them with extreme professionalism and competence. They did an excellent job from many angles. The transformation has exceeded our expectations. Their work is meticulous and thorough. Their ability to get inspections and necessary permits so smoothly made the entire experience stress-free for us. After a couple of months when the job was done, and I couldn’t be happier with the final finished product which took me by surprise. The finishing product was extremely neat and professional with great attention to detail. The transformation exceeded our expectations. "I am giving All Renovations 5 stars for the basement renovation in large part because of Adrian’s excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our job was pretty extensive. It included moving support columns, demo and rebuild exterior stairway, adding a full bath, extending the finished/framed portion of the basement, moving the circuit-breaker panel, and re-doing our half-bath. The job took 6 months, which was about twice as long as we expected. Omar was always very responsive and provided good feedback. Adrian is very good at explaining things and soliciting your input when options/alternatives exist. He definitely does not take short-cuts if quality would suffer. He is also very considerate/careful inside your home and cleans-up after himself. Our $102k project ballooned to $125k, mostly due to nice to have add-ons and unforeseen issues. But there were several items I feel should have been caught at the contract onset. E.g. the need for a floor drain ($900), considering that we were getting rid of the utility sink basin. There was also an extra $4k to replace the drywall in the half bath since the existing paint was too textured (sponge) to paint over. But we were very pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend All Renovations."

Their on site team did everything they could to keep the work place clean and tidy so as disrupt our home life as little as possible. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. I am actually hiring them again for additional projects. I highly recommend Best Homes!"

From the start we were really impressed with Daniel and Erika and their friendly, down-to-earth demeanor, and their intentionality to listen to our thoughts and show us the overwhelming options. They were great at communicating throughout the whole project, very knowledgable and thorough. Their work crews were friendly, professional, amazingly clean, conscientious, hard-working, and detail-oriented in every regard of their work. They were originally scheduled to start the work after the new year, but in the end they were able to bump up both of our bathroom remodels to the 3 weeks leading up to Christmas, and they blew us away with how quickly they were able to get the projects completed.
