Due to a snowfall work on our roof was delayed a week. The owner said he was out of town but his crew would be on site early Monday morning. Two guys showed up about 2 pm, installed approximately 1/3 of the metal roof and left about 4 pm. They didn't show up at all on Tuesday. On Wednesday the two workers arrived mid-morning and left early when it started raining. I phoned the owner Wednesday evening to find out how long it was going to take to install our roof 2 hours at a time. Thursday the crew of 2 put in a full day. Our roof was finished on Friday. We had been told initially that we may need DirecTV to realign our satellite dish. Sure enough, Friday evening we had no satellite reception. Bear in mind that this was Super Bowl weekend. We had no television until DirecTV arrived on Monday. The technician said that the roofing crew had broken several components on the dish and that had to almost completely rebuild it. Don't get me wrong, we were satisfied with the price, the roof looks pretty good and so far we're satisfied with it. I had recently broken an ankle and haven't yet been able to check out the attic space to see what's what in there.
