 + -1 moreExcellent. All work was done in less than two days. A callback was needed because oil heat didn't always cut in when temperatures got low enough to call for it.Job well done. System is quieter and temperature more stable than with older system. Definite A grade for work. Price was fair but not cut-rate prices. Value received for money spent.
Description of Work: removed an old oil furnace heating/electric ac system. Replaced with a new heat pump system with oil furnace secondary on dual fuel heat. Replaced all electronics.

 + 0 moreWe recently purchased a new home and asked Craig Woodward of Woodward Electric to come over to service a non-performing a/c unit in our home. Craig was courteous, prompt, helpful and above ALL else, honest! We were unsure what was causing the unit to fail to cool properly and frankly would have been ripe for a rip off had an unethical hvac mechanic come. Craig quickly identified the problem (very minor issue) got our unit up and running again and only charged us for a service call. Craig and his team have since, serviced our units and electrical systems on other occasions. I have found them to be a pleasure to do business with and as always, are very thoughtful and conscientious. I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking for honest servicemen, or installation for hvac or electric.
Description of Work: Identify the cause of a non-cooling A/C unit. Geothermal 1st floor unit, 2nd floor standard A/C unit. Assess the cost to repair and perform any necessary repairs.
