Description of Work: Repairs made satisfactorily and in good time. Charges were |higher than expected. Time hours charged included travel, and |time for parts procurement. Parts charges included a fee based |on mileage.

One of the most important consideration of a contractor is showing up when scheduled, Layman scores an excellent record on this. Performance of work was knowledgeable and professional and with a wonderful attitude during the entire term of contract. I cannot rate the cost factor (although it was necessary to rate so I gave a B) because I did not request bids for this work. I highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: Electrical and plumbing on a large remodeled home. Time span of work lasted fourteen months.
