The project went extremely well! It was a lot of work and, of course, as so often happens in older homes, installing those ceiling fans uncovered some challenges. Mr. James gave a fair estimate and, despite the extra work, completed the job for that price. Each day that the work was in progress, I came home to an orderly scene--everything stacked neatly, all rooms fully usable. He gave me days and times that he'd be there, and was reliably there on schedule. He met with me again when the work was completed to be sure I understood what he'd found and how he'd handled it. He also volunteered to dispose of the boxes and old fixtures. The work itself is beautiful, and I highly recommend James Electrical Company!

Ken arrived within 4 hours of being contacted. He troubleshot and fixed the electrical problem very quickly, thoroughly, and professionally. He is the best electrician we have used in the area! Highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician. His price was VERY reasonable for the work.

Mr. James is extremely professional. He and Chuck are very friendly and did a GREAT job. All the wiring is very neat and my breaker box is labeled nicely. Highly recommend!

We had tried contacting other electricians, but no one else returned calls promptly or arrived when they said they would. Mr. James returned my call the same day and set up a time to come talk about what we wanted done. He was prompt, courteous, and insightful as we walked through what needed to be replaced and repaired. He was able to complete the initlal installations that same day, and was very helpful in answering my questions about additional lighting we needed inside and outside our home. He is very courteous and friendly, and takes time to listen and provde excellent suggestions. His work is first rate, and when he finished, he left nothing to be cleaned - - you couldn't tell he had been working either inside or outside our home. He was very considerate of our home and took care to leave things as he found them. Mr. James is by far the most professional and qualified service professional we have had the pleasure of working with, and we look forward to having him come back when we have additional electrical needs. We would highly recommend him!

Wonderful. Ken James and his fellow Chuck were totally professional and performed incredable service the entire time. They kept us up to date and informed from beginning of estimate to finish. They were constantly vaccuming and cleaning up as they worked. When they left all they left was the installed electrical items we had wanted installed perfectly done. I will be calling James Electrical Co in the future, they are truly a good and honest company.

We were very pleased with the work completed by Mr. James. The man has integrity! He arrived on time and the price was affordable. We were also going to have a light pole installed, but he advised waiting until the weather was better to allow the grass to grow. He said he would honor the price he gave when he returns in several months. Our neighbor just had a light pole installed, and they paid almost double what we were quoted. I am glad to think we now have a reliable electrician in the light of so many horror stories we have experienced.

Mr James was prompt in returning phone calls and emails. Gave us a detailed estimate, took time to answer all our questions and concerns. Scheduled service dates and was prompt, courteous and went above and beyond cleaning up and moving items back in place when finished! Scheduled electrical inspection following week and was here during the inspection Made sure we understood how to set up generator and use the switch panel. Highly recommend for all your electrical needs. So nice to meet someone who takes such pride in his work! Will be using him in the future! Thank you Mr James!

He is a master electrician, but I won't use anyone else. I know whatever he does is done well. He is not cheap, but with him you get what you pay for.
