Description of Work: They did great job, but wouldn't offer a contract. They cut me off from service on 4th planned visit. I guess my requests for cleaning seemed too demanding. | |A) I was unable to tolerate the "very mild" cleaning solutions because of my asthma, and asked them to use vinegar or baking soda instead from our own supplies. | |B) We had asked them to shake out newly added rugs outside, also because of my berating problems. The 8 new rugs are mostly runners, but also included one 3X5 and one 5X7. Even though we offered to pay more per session to accommodate the extra time they thought was needed to do this, they refused to continue service for us.

Description of Work: He came to my house to repair a dryer. After looking at the dryer and estimating the cost to repair, he recommended that I just use the dryer until it completely stopped working and then buy a new one. He said it wasn't worth the cost to fix it. Took ~35% off the cost of the service visit since he didn't do any repairs. Very nice and honest. Would definitely use again.

Description of Work: Did some work on two different visits. Replacing wax ring, installing new bathroom faucet, and new drain line under sink. Update wiring for a ceiling light fixture that was a potential fire hazard if not repaired. All work was done to satisfaction and complete. Paul was very cordial and easy to speak with and offered advice.

Description of Work: Paul was great. VERY insightful and helpful with our odd jobs list and knew that urgency was key. Also, he was very honest about one of the jobs that was slightly out of his realm. He is VERY reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Replaced light bulb in exterior light with stripped screw, hung Dustbuster on wall, hung bluebird house on fence, fixed faucet handle, hung TV mount on wall, put fill dirt under and around cement stature to correct leaning problem, fixed broken toilet paper holder, replaced refrigerator filter. |We have used Mr. Grice several times and he has always done a great job. He is very personable and we enjoy having him do work for us.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor flood lights, fixed two windows that were out of alignment, installed a new garbage disposal, fixed smoke detector, put up hooks for appliances, and put up a ceiling fan light globe. Excellent service that was reasonably placed. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Removed old medicine cabinet in bathroom, Installed 2 cabinets, Put drywall over old cabinet hole & installed new mirror, Installed a towel rack on back of door, Hung a mirror in a bedroom. |It went OK except: he hung BR mirror wrong 1st time so drilled 3 extra holes in which he put puddy but never painted; 1 towel hanger fell & broke 1st time I tried to use it(he deducted price of towel rack from bill); it took almost a month for job to be completed because he only came once a week- it was only an 8 hour job total. |I found him to be pleasant but not very professional- would have preferred professional.

+ -1 morePaul came and gave us an estimate after I showed him the different things that needed to be done. Then the following week he started and had everything done in 3 days. We will certainly use him in the future!
Description of Work: Paul did a fantastic job at our house. He fixed holes in our brick, installed a ceiling fan, rechalked our shower, fixed nail pops, painted around our front door and repainted our shutters. He even repainted some of the shutters after we decided we didn't like the first color.
