+ -1 moreHighly professional group of installers. Devices were state of the art. Lenny is an expert in his field of residential and commercial security. People should not settle for less than 5 Star Security. The price is more than others around but you get what you pay for. Having live monitoring, automatic weekly system device reporting from the security company, and a system that can run on its with backup power is more than worth the price. We absolutely love the system and feel extra safe with it.
Description of Work: Lenny performed a home demonstration with a live system prior to discussing costs and contracts. Many components to system. Contract covers parts and service. Extended contracts for repair. A separate contract with monitoring service. All more than worth the price for having a live response. On day of installation Lenny arrived with a 2 highly qualified electrician, a security installation assistant and himself. Installation took more than 4 hours not including the time to program and code all window and door units. Everything was checked twice and then I was trained to use the system pad, key fobs, and telephone remote control.
