Scott called me that same evening (a Sunday!) and asked if he could come the next day at 10:00am. He showed up the next day right at 10:00am, as promised, to asses the work, free of charge. He then left to grab some supplies and tools and got right to work. Fixed the problem AND cleaned out the ductwork. He worked nonstop, all day. The end result was exceptional. Scott is professional, personable and incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend him and will be using him again. "

Brad Basham came out to do the estimate and he was one step ahead of me the whole way knowing exactly what was needed for a quality job exceeding my expectations. He suggested a surge suppressor on the panel for my needs before I did after describing my requirements and use of the electric service. I wanted a particular sub-panel for a 50A RV hook-up and he understood why and went out of his way to get the proper equipment. The guys showed up and did a better job than I could. They would even ask for my input on multiple ways to run the service and sub-panel to make sure the customer was happy. Unbelievable top notch work from start to finish."
