Description of Work: We needed to have some landscaping done (bush trimming, weeding, dead bush removal). We also needed someone to mown our lawn regularly over the summer. Mr. Linkous came to review the scope of work and provide us with a quote. When he left, he reassured us that he could do the work and that he would stop by within the following two days with a quote. He also said he'd be able to mown our lawn as well. Mr Linkous, however, never got back to us. We were surprised by this kind of flakiness and unreliability.

Description of Work: Lawn cutting and trimming

Description of Work: I called Charles Linkous at Sunnyside Lawn Care to get a price on a number of landscaping tasks in preparation for listing our house for sale. The work included weeding neglected flower beds, pruning overgrown bushes, mulching, trimming trees, and even removing 3 medium size trees completely. Charles and his son were on time for our appointment and took the time to walk the property with me to find out what we needed done. The estimate was prompt, complete, and reasonable. After giving Charles the go ahead, we scheduled the date for the work to begin. As sometimes happens with outside work, the weather forced the work to be started a couple of days later than planned, but Charles and his son arrived on a Saturday and worked all day. They returned on Sunday to finish the bulk of the work, so the mulch crew could come on Monday and finish up.
