We used SLLIM 3 times in the past few months. The first time was okay, though they were hours late. The second time, we had one guy who appeared to be on drugs and disappeared halfway through the move. The remaining guys got lost despite having the exact address, adding over an hour to our already long college move in day. They had all our stuff so we had to sit and twiddle our thumbs till they got turned around and arrived. They gashed the apartment wall and the sofa. Today, we had a simple move of one room's worth of furniture to go to a consignment store. Someone called me the day before asking what they were doing because it didn't get into the computer, so I patiently went through everything again. Then they didn't show up as planned. I called and asked when we might expect them and he responded, "For what?" I was irate so they hustled and got two guys and a truck here but they beat the living daylights out of our stairs getting the furniture down and scratched our wood floors. They were also late to the consignment store (after it closed) making the owner adjust her plans. Will definitely not use them again.

They were a little later that the booked time, but less than 15 minutes. They were careful with the furniture and efficient. Very professional. I would use them again.

It went very well. I had initially been scheduled for Friday the 28th, however my mother passed away unexpectedly and I needed to get home for the viewing. I asked Lee if he could move it up a day and he did (with 1 days notice). His guys were on time, they worked with my friends who let them in the apartment - they both said the crew was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. I worked with this company a few years ago to move and that experience was the same - easy, very reasonable price, punctual - what else could I need on moving day?

used them twice they were on time, efficient and very curtious. put bed together and thought the cost was reasonable.

Very professional, courteous,charged us exactly what was quoted the first time. Did not waste time. No trouble getting large furniture through narrow doorway. Very nice.

A different moving company canceled on me the day before my move, but Sllim Transport was able to squeeze me in with less than 24 hours notice. The 2 man crew called called on the day of the move to ask if they could come earlier that planned, which was fine with me. They were efficient, courteous, quick, and professional. They were tolerant of me not being completely packed and worked around the 2 dogs that were underfoot. They didn't have one of the tools needed to take apart my bed, so their boss brought it by about 10 minutes after they called him. The torrential downpour meant that we couldn't get truck fully unloaded on Saturday (obviously not their fault), but came back early Sunday morning to finish the job. Nothing was damaged or broken during the move. Good value and nice guys. I will be calling them again when I have to move next summer.
