(1) I worked with Jim with the kitchen remodeling proposal. Jim worked with me and my wife regarding our expectations what the scope the kitchen remodeling would be involved, Jim was very detailed and professional--he gave me the detailed breakdown of cost and the budget (allowance) for materials cost. Jim is always upfront and honest in his dealing with customers. The price is very reasonable and he reimbursed me for any allowance that he did not use! (2) The construction crew led by Kevin is top notched. Kevin is an excellent carpenter, painter, and among other things. The crew paid attention to small details, and they completed the project before our expected schedule. (3) There were changes of scopes in the project. They were very transparent and reasonable dealing with changes either from them or from us. We needed some urgent repair during the project, and they crew accommodate that with no issues. (4) Through the process of the whole project, we felt that we were respected in our decisions and our expectations for the remodeling was met. (5) I would not hesitate to use Ridgeline Home again, and I would recommend them highly to people want the projects to be done in a professional manner. (6) Thanks to team Kevin, Derreck, and Andrew!
