Description of Work: He is Fantastic! I had previously had Stanley Steemer (the month before) and even had them come back, because they didn't get some stains out. Quest got the stains out in less than an hour! 100% recommend !!

Description of Work: Joseph was very professional and friendly. Called before he arrived which was much appreciated. He worked extremely hard to remove the stains my dog and 4 yr old had created and now my furniture looks BRAND new. The 1 yr warranty is also a huge plus and he gave me a spot remover free of cost. I would highly recommend using QUEST FLOOR CARE and will send all my friends and family his way. Thanks Joseph!!!!

+ -1 moreMr. Rogers was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He was a good listener and answered all my questions and concerns about the chemical he uses while cleaning. I was most impressed with his confidence and the pride he took in his work. I especially like his assurance that he could get my 20 year old carpet looking almost new. I was thinking it needed to be replaced because it was heavily stained and soiled. He's reply, "that will not be necessary." I liked that. I feel he saved us a couple thousand dollars that it would have cost to replace it. My carpeting looks amazing and I am certain it is the best carpet cleaning I have experienced. He was able to get out old stains that I thought would not be possible. I highly recommend Joseph Rogers with Quest Floor Care.
Description of Work: Quest Floor Care (Joseph Rogers) cleaned both my upstairs and downstairs carpeting that was heavily soiled and stained and had not been cleaned for over 5 years.
