"Don's Improvements did a great job with our master bath tear-out and remodel. I submitted a photo and drawing of our project on Angie and Tracy with Don's Improvements, responded and scheduled a site visit. Tracy brings decades of construction experience and helped guide us from concept to detailed plan. They put us in touch with a great local tile company, Dehart Tile in Christiansburg. There, Carlie was a big help with tile and design choices. Tracy gave us a detailed proposal laying out the scope of work, price and timeline. Donnell did the remodel work, and he is highly skilled in the crafts for our job, carpentry, drywall, tile, and wood flooring. Donnell is a true perfectionist and is great to work with. We had to replace some subflooring that had water damage. He was very clear about what was required to correct the hidden damage and the cost. Communication throughout the job was excellent.
