+ -1 moreI felt that my agent was not representing my best interest and was not responsive whatsoever once I signed the contract. I really had a bad experience with Coldwell Banker and based upon my personal experience, I would not use the Blacksburg Office again. I really felt that the agent did not conduct themselves ethically or professionally, again only my experience. I dealt with a guy named Ayers and Elliott. I would not ever under any circumstances use the services of these two individuals, nor would I leave them in a home alone.
Description of Work: I utilized Coldwell Banker as buying agent for a townhouse in Christiansburg Virginia.

Description of Work: She will try very hard to find a property that meets your needs. She is very easy to get a hold of when you need to. She will not push you to make any decisions, she will let you make your own decisions. That also means that she will not hold your hand through the process. But anything we did ask her to do, she did right away with problems.
