Description of Work: We have some wool rugs which were being eaten by some pesky moths. They also attacked wool garments and were a flying nuisance. After doing lots of research we came to the conclusion that no home remedies would work, so we contacted All Seasons Pest Control. They did work for us previously, with excellent results, so we were sure we'd get good advice and service again. Mr. Vaden visited our home, surveyed the damage, saw the moths and told exactly what we were faced with. Given the toxicity of the chemicals needed to kill the critters we asked for and were promptly sent the Material Safety Data Sheet. He explained how the chemical would be applied and what it would do. Since the stuff was pretty nasty, the rooms had to be vacated until the spray was dry. Since the house is normally occupied all day, Mr. Vaden came on a Saturday so we could leave if we so desired. As it turned out, we didn't have to leave (just closed the doors to keep the pets out).

Description of Work: I use All Seasons Pest Control for pest control and extermination. I have been using him for four years. He sprays for termites and ants.

Description of Work: My mother-in-law had a mouse problem outside her house, caused by bird seed falling on the ground (the birds and mice were both very well-fed). As we have a dog we were very concerned about any treatments which might jeopardize her health. I called All Seasons and talked to Mr. Vaden, who came to her home and surveyed the situation. He was very professional and friendly (the dog loved him, so we did too), explained a number of options to get rid of the problem mice and completely understood our concerns about the dog. he recommended a particular chemical and method for preventing the dog from accessing the poison. He showed us the trap which he would use to enclose the poison and showed that the dog couldn't possibly get at the poison. We asked to see the MSDS before making a decision, which he fully understood. He sent me the material safety data sheet for the chemical he recommended; we made an appointment for Mr. Vaden to return and distribute the traps. He initially recommended 3 traps but decided that 4 would give us better treatment. He also distributed some poison "cakes" inside the house in an area inaccessible to the dog, just in case any mice got into the basement. Mr. Vaden went to great lengths to ensure that the traps outside the house were inaccessible to the dog (she loves to dig) and said that he'd return in a 2-3 weeks to see how much poison the mice had eaten and refresh the "cakes" (my term) if necessary. He did return and add more "cakes", then returned a couple of weeks after that to check in with us and check the traps. The last trip was in addition to what was originally agreed to. Mr. Vaden is very professional and easy to work with. He's very concerned about pets and the environment, so didn't use any more chemicals than were necessary to accomplish the mission.
