+ -1 moreArrived on time as promised, very cordial and professional. After short hello he went straight to work and concluded in a timely manner. He asked if any other pests were giving me problems and offered help, but my cats take care of any mice and rats. His manner was kind and helpful with a genuine concern for my satisfaction. The entire visit lasted about 30 minutes with a job well done! I am extremely pleased and plan to continue with his service.
