+ -1 moreI couldn't have asked for better service and support. I was kept appraised of the status of trouble shooting and failure identification. I decided that it wasn't worth going any further and the only charge was for trouble shooting - which i was pleasantly surprised was only $35. Additionally, I paid $25 for the old equipment to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way - destroying any data on the hard drive, recycling what materials that could be recycled, and disposing of the rest properly. I will use this service again and again. Can't say enough good stuff!
Description of Work: I had a computer fail to boot. It was an older computer and it had been a little troublesome. I asked that the computer be checked out and to let me know if it was salvageable. It turns out the motherboard had failed and repairing the computer would cost more than replacing it. We spoke on two occasions and I was told what had been done to try to isolate and repair the problem. I was also told what it would take to fix it.

Regardless of whether our issue involves our network, multiple machines or a single workstation, his knowledge and willingness to find a solution are apparent. He's great about working with individual employees in answering questions or providing and quot;shortcutsand quot; so they may work more efficiently. I feel like he always goes the extra mile. We have been a business client of Intechrity's for a few years now, and I am a home client as well. I have always been happy with his level of service as well as his fair pricing.
Description of Work: Intechrity provides the company I work for with IT and Network Management services. Mike McIntyre worked on one of my workstations that was having trouble connecting to our network. He was able to troubleshoot and fix the problem. He also checked additional areas of the computer to ensure that all was working properly.
