Description of Work: Septic tank pumped out in August 2020 Septic pump and float switches went bad in September. Called Green among many others. Jeff was extremely responsive and got the job done, not only within a couple of days, he also was most reasonable in price. GREEN SEPTIC is my go to septic service provider.

 + -1 moreThe pump in my septic tank failed. Called Greens and they were able to come out within hours. Drained tank and then discussed options for replacing the pump. I opted to order the new pump myself, and Greens returned to install it the day after it arrived. Fixed all problems identified with original installation and also identified that the tank had other structural problems that would need repair in the future. They did not perform that type of work in my state but said they could recommend someone when the time came to move ahead with that work. Greens promptly responded to an emergency situation, I was very happy with the work, they explained everything they were doing, and were very courteous and professional. Will definitely use them in the future.

 + -1 moreHe was in the area and was able to come the same day. He pumped out our tank. He gave us information on the septic system and how often to get it pumped. He found a problem with the electrical hook up to our pump and was able to get it running again. They were very informative and professional. I would call them again. Very pleased with their service.
Description of Work: He pumped out our two tanks. He also found a problem with our pump power source. He was able to get the pump working again.

Description of Work: It was COLD weather. He found septic cover, had to clean out many roots before it could be pumped out. He came as soon as the ground was frozen enough to not leave tracks in the yard. Worked efficiently. Would use him again and HIGHLY recommend him to others.

 + -1 moreGreen Septic is reliable and does a good job. He gave me advice on how to keep the tank clean. Although it's a messy job there was not one drop of waste in my yard. Very clean, very professional.

He explained everything to us before he started working and he was very upfront about what it would cost. Everything worked out great.
