Not good. We are in the process of taking him to court. We were told by another contractor that the duct work he installed is a fire hazard - we are now in the process of taking him to court.
Description of Work: Jason Boise installed central heat and air in our vacation rental cottage. We were having some issues, such as high electric bills, fan running constantly, etc. We have tried to reach him for several years with no avail. I finally got in touch with him and he scheduled 3 appointments with us and never showed up. We had another contractor look at the system. He informed us that the duct work was done improperly and the majority of the air is going outside vice inside. He gave us an estimate of $1300 to fix the mistake done by Jason. That explains why our electric bills have been so high. I would not do business with him. He does not stand behind his work and will not return phonecalls. He does very shabby work and should not be in business.

The company was slow at doing the job. The installer for the company had to wait for 2 days for the material to arrive on the job. Then I had to make a phone call to Mr. Boise to complete the job so the inspection could be completed before going on with the rest of the project. After the installation, there was a problem with the system (freon) and it was forever getting Mr. Boise to respond. Mr. Boise sent a service tech on the call at which time, he added some freon. Approximately 3 months later, the same problem arose. I've been unable to contact Mr. Boise nor has he returned any of my calls regarding the situation. Now I'm faced with calling another contractor to fix the problem even though, this is still within the first year of the installation and should be covered under warranty. Apparently Mr. Boise is eager to do the installation but not willing to back his work with follow-up service if and when it is needed.
