Description of Work: Installed new tankless water heater. This company has amazing customer service. All involved were very professional. After installation was performed, I requested a minor adjustment to water temperature and it was completed the same day. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We had no water because the heat pump had failed while we were away. They came immediately and fixed the heat pump, had to come back for the pipes. They spent all day looking for the broken pipes. Turned out it was the Hot Water pipes. We had drained the cold water pipes. The next day they replaced ALL the hot water lines, and we were back in business except for the 15 or so test holes in our walls all the way from the basement to the attic. We repaired those ourselves. We use them because they always come immediately in an emergency, and they are cheerful and efficient.

+ -1 moreIf we are having any trouble, they show up on time. They respond to anyone who has a contract immediately. They are very readily available. They are pretty reasonable with their costs. We own a second home and they definitely cater to people who don’t live there.
Description of Work: Thorton provides heating and air conditioning services twice a year per our contract with them.

+ -1 moreCalled to have our a/c heat pump serviced the first of May. The technician was very good. Thenext day the unit kept turning off and my husband had to keep hitting the reset button. Called them again and they said there was no charge if it was their doing. They sent another technician and he did not seem to know what the problem was and kept calling the office for advice. Said he could not fine anything wrong with it. They charged for the viist Did not offer a senior discount. Called another company and they found the problem right away.
Description of Work: called to have our A/C heat pump serviced. The first technician was very good We had to call them back as after the service the unit kept turning off. The second technician was not welll informed kept calling the office for help.
