Jeff's guys did a great job! I did all the framing in the basement and then they came in a ran all the wiring for outlets, lights, switches, bath exhaust fan, and smoke detectors; ran all the water and drain lines for a bar and full bath; and also moved HVAC ducting to get it out of the way. Once the rough-in inspection was done and drywall and painting were completed, they came in and did the finish work. All along the way they were patient and helpful.

The work was done with high quality and exceeded my expectations. The faucet was needing replacement but as the work proceeded, the pipes leading to the faucet were caked with about 2 inches of mineral debris build-up. Those were replaced and cutoff valves were installed since there were none previously. They also repaired a loose outdoor faucet by properly securing it to the house.

I had used their services prior for a heat pump air handler replacement and was satisfied. I called a couple of days before Thanksgiving about an unpleasant odor in my heating system. I also asked about having a plumber to come out and reinstall a faucet on my kitchen sink. At first I was told that someone would be out here that day. I was later called and was told that some of their employees were off for Thanksgiving. I thought it strange that the owner would let employees off 2 days before Thanksgiving during prime business time, but went along with it anyway. That's been several months ago and no one ever called back.

At first there were some misunderstanding, but we worked that out and everything went fine after that. The installation went well and final adjustments were made as promised.

They said someone would call and set up a day. Someone called and said they would have to call me back with a day..... That was a week ago. I've called 3 more times and keep getting told that I'll get a call back that day but never do.

Job was done professionally. However, they failed to complete paperwork needed for me to claim against home warranty properly. I lost a significant amount of potential reimbursement money as a result.

The Owner quickly responded to our phone call, set up a convenient time for the inspection, explained installation procedures, and provided (via email) a very professional estimate with price ranges for several different systems. We did spend more than we had planned , but decided to go with a higher end unit for better efficiency and the extended warranty. The crew members called ahead to let us know when they were on their way. They were all very friendly, courteous and professional. The unit was installed quickly and they they took all precaution to protect the house and floors; cleaning as they worked. The owner did a follow-up inspection a few days later and offered his services if any problems should arise. It has been an amazing improvement with the heating of our home. We would definitely recommend them (and have already) to our friends and neighbors!!

Excellent service. Came out on time, looked at broken unit, gave estimates for several brands after measuring the are to be heated/cooled. Estimate was the lowest of 4 we received. Arrived on time to install. Had everything on the truck and completed the installation in one day. Neat, clean, no mess, minimal disruption. Owner came by two days later to check the work and check our satisfaction. Came back 2 months later to adjust air flow - no charge. Have personally recommended to at least two others who have had heat pump replacement and they were just as happy. I have also used Witt for minor repairs as well. They come out promptly, fix whatever is wrong and have very reasonable charges. I cant' say enough good about them.

Great to work with. Stayed on the job until complete. They found parts or made existing units work. No problems this winter.

Everything was fine. The man that came was very nice and pleasant. He seemed to know what he was talking about. He showed up on time.

They fixed the unit. The repair cost me around $130. I was very satisfied with them. The unit is pretty old and when the time comes to replace the unit, I will definitely use this company. They were excellent. Their price was very good. They were very punctual. I was very pleased with them.

Fine... they showed up at the time promised and performed the described service. We are to call back later when the leak occurs again - at which time they'll be able to determine it's source.

Technician diagnosed the problem on the first visit. Repair was 2 days later (part needed to be ordered) I was very pleased with the work done. All costs were covered by the extended warranty. This company provides first rate equipment and service.

The work was done in one day and the crew made sure all waste was removed and they swept the basement floor. While I had the payment in hand, the contractor wouldn't take it saying, "Run it for a couple of months to make sure you like it." Well, I DO like it. When I set the thermostat on 74, it never varies from 74. What a system! I received my invoice 10 months after the installation. I've recommended this company to everyone I know and see his sign in many yards of my neighbors.
