Water clean up and mold remediation was excellent. Construction repair, consistency in showing up, quality of construction, and time to repair was terrible.

I initially contacted Servpro after discovering water in my basement bedroom (12' x 9'). It was a Sunday so the charge was $175 for a technician to come to my house. The problem was misdiagnosed by the technician as a leaking foundation, which put me on the wrong path to correcting the problem. He asked If I wanted Servpro to begin cleanup. "Uh, no I still have water leaking in." I contacted AquaBarrier (great guy), who informed me I didn't need his services, I needed a plumber. He called The Plumber (Danny Anderson-another good guy) who corrected the problem. Several people mentioned that Servpro was great at cleanup, so I gave them another call. They could not come out until five days later. My initial estimator/service manager never showed up. Apparently he was called away on a bigger job. A call ahead of time would have been nice. Three hours later another estimator called and then came by. I had already purchased a dehumidifier and removed everything that was wet. I had already dried the carpet. The service manager did tell me I had no mold growth and had done an excellent job cleaning everything up. I was glad to hear I was mold free. The $476 estimate was to remove the remaining half of the carpet padding, replace the padding (12' x 9'), relay the carpet and steam clean it. Seemed like a jip to me. I had the carpet work done by The Carpet Shop for $96 and the carpet cleaned by Chem-Dry for $50. $146 vs $476. It really pays to shop around.

I would use their services again in the future.
