lawn mower repair
+ -1 moreThis year when I brought my mower for repair and brought it home after paying for work done it leaked gas when primed. I was told to bring it back. When I did the mechanic screamed at me and said there was nothing wrong and to go home and mow my lawn. I said I would leave it because it was dangerous and I needed him to see what was wrong. When I returned nothing had been done. They laughed at me and said My mower ran fine, even though I showed them how it still covered my hand with gas with one priming. I took it to another shop. They said it should not leak gas ever. They were professional and kind. They fixed my mower. After being a loyal customer for over 40 years, I will never go back to Overstreets General Repair. I cried and felt very hurt and also could not mow. I felt I was treated badly because I was a widow alone. How mean and dangerous.
Description of Work: My husband and I have been customers for 40 years. My husband is now deceased. I have recently been treated rudely when I returned my mower because it was still broken.
