I am dedicated to fit every need of the customer no matter the job. I know the feeling all too well to be a customer who hired contractors to do work for top pay that was not satisfied when it was completed. I will go above and beyond to make sure before the job is finished that the customer is not only satisfied but would be willing to recommend or use me for future work. I have skills in interior finishes such as painting, ceramic, flooring, acoustical drop ceilings, door installation, finished trim work, installing ceiling fans, light fixtures I am capable and have resources to help with any exterior needs also. I was in the Machinist trade for 17 years working in the defense/aerospace industry and bring the same level of precision and attention to detail to the customer when completing there remodeling needs. I will always manage and maintain a clean and neat work environment for the customer and will meet any need necessary for each individual customer.
"Awesome work ethic and attention to detail. Brandon took our vision of what we wanted our kitchen and new floors to look like and brought it to life. He was very thorough and made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted it. He gave us realistic expectations and was very honest about timeframe to completion of the job. His team were very clean and during the work process maintained a clean environment carefully getting up dust and demo materials before leaving the job. He was also very respectful of our dog who lives in our home while his team worked. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for remodeling and restoration of the home. "Don's Improvements did a great job with our master bath tear-out and remodel. I submitted a photo and drawing of our project on Angie and Tracy with Don's Improvements, responded and scheduled a site visit. Tracy brings decades of construction experience and helped guide us from concept to detailed plan. They put us in touch with a great local tile company, Dehart Tile in Christiansburg. There, Carlie was a big help with tile and design choices. Tracy gave us a detailed proposal laying out the scope of work, price and timeline. Donnell did the remodel work, and he is highly skilled in the crafts for our job, carpentry, drywall, tile, and wood flooring. Donnell is a true perfectionist and is great to work with. We had to replace some subflooring that had water damage. He was very clear about what was required to correct the hidden damage and the cost. Communication throughout the job was excellent. We are very pleased with our new bath. We highly recommend Don's Improvements."
