As a home baker, having a working oven is essential and having the thermostat blow on baking day caused a nightmare. Luckily, Chip came by the next day to evaluate and then had the part ordered the next day. Fifteen minutes later and he replaced the part to fix the oven. So easy to communicate with, and he's quite knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Chip is very good at appliance repair he was able to diagnose my dryer problem over the phone. He is expensive $270 to repair the dryer, of which $65. Was for parts. Very nice person.

It took a short while to coordinate the in-home visit, but once set Chip was prompt and communicated clearly his recommendation concerning our freezer issue.
