carpet installation
+ -1 moreIt has been over a month and I have yet to hear back from them, even though I have called to remind them once already. I am very disappointed that I paid so much initially, and their customer service does not hold up over time.
Description of Work: I built my house 9 years ago, and they did all the cabinets in the entire house (very large kitchen, 3-1/2 baths, screened porch, custom DR cabinet). They did pretty good work initially (one mix-up with the granite fabricators that was "fixed" with a creative inexpensive solution), esp given that I had unique special requests. I called them back to have them repair the "creative solution" that did not hold up over time, and never heard back (about 2 years ago). I recently called them back again and someone came out to look at that as well as other areas of the cabinet that have warped.
