Ken designed a beautiful landscape, and the crew did a wonderful job constructing it. I'm thrilled with the end result and would definitely hire them again.

We paid approximately $5,000 for Ashland Berry Farm to install a pond with a water fall and natural filter in our yard. Initially we were very happy with the way the pond installation proceeded. The pond looks very nice. However, when we had a problem with the lights that they installed, they refused to speak to us. We called and received no response. When we went to the Farm, the manager refused to come out of the office to speak with us and had another associated put us off and tell us that she was busy. Then, when a koi that we purchased there died after one week we went to the Farm with the dead fish. Understand that this is not our first pond. Before we moved, we had another pond for years. Our fish flourished. In fact, we brought the fish from the old pond to live in the new pond. When Ashland Berry Farm sold us a fish that died within a week, we believed that they should replace the fish. The associate at the Farm was rude and loud and spoke to me in a very demeaning fashion in front of other customers. We will NEVER use Ashland Berry Farm again for anything. Use them at your peril. They take the money and run. They do not stand behind their work or their products.

Very well - this is a great company. They called to say when they were coming, showed up on time, provided updates regularly, got our approval before requesting payment, came back immediately (the next morning!) to fix a problem even after we had paid. They even sent a thank-you card for our business. Great team.

They did an excellent job on the pond, but not as good with the trees and shrubs. My husband had to stay on them to get the shrubbery done. They were professional and cleaned up very well. I love this pond and I spend most of my time by it.
