A/C Medics LLC

I had seen A/C Medics recommended many times on a local community Facebook page and contacted them when my 18 year old heat pump wasn't working. They came out the same day, diagnosed the issue, and gave me a price to repair as well as a price for replacing the system (which I knew I needed to do). I'll admit I didn't shop around on the price - I had a good feeling about them and the price sounded reasonable to me. They couldn't install the unit that day, but could within 2 days, so Chris (owner) asked me how many window units I needed to tide me over until then. He said they'd bring them out and install them to keep us cool until the new heat pump was installed. As it turns out the weather got cool for the next few days and I didn't need them, but I thought it was great that he offered. Chris and two techs came out to install the new system 2 days later. They were very polite, explained everything to me throughout the installation and answered all of my questions. I got a demo on how to do some simple maintenance myself, and Chris also walked me through registering my unit online while he was here for the warranty. I told them when they left that I was kind of going to miss having them around :). I will definitely recommend them to friends and family and plan on using them for annual maintenance myself in the future.
