We love Jim! He's knowledgable, fair, polite and a pleasure to have in your home. He always communicates his schedule and time of arrival as well as how many hours to complete the work. His price is good-he's not cheap-but his work is meticulous and worth it. He brings all his own tools and cleans up after each visit. Jim is great a explaining the work so that the consumer completely understands the entire process. He is super organized and methodical. No suprises! We value his opinion now for any job in our home!

Jim is a good and honest guy who does good work. We were looking at a few different options of things to do and he always gave us the right answer. There was another situation that we are looking at completely reconfiguring a room. His honest opinion was "you know what, I think your house is more desirable without this work. I can do the work. I have no problem of doing it if that is what you want but I think that you are more marketable". He is quite familiar with the local market and what people are buying. I cannot stress enough how honest I think he is. He is very prompt, excellent communication, you name it. He is one of the best I have ever dealt with for the price, for the quality of the work, for the honesty and reliability.
