He and his assistant did a great job of repairing areas that needed attention prior to painting, and took their time to make sure the work was done well. They also cleaned up very well after themselves and really respected our home. We're very happy with the work and would hire again.

 + 0 moreThe guys that came did a great job. We had ceiling fans installed in all of our first floor rooms, and our electrician had to cut holes in our wall/ceilings. They came in and repaired all of the holes with extra time to spare, so they put a light coat of paint on the ceilings. They also repaired an old repair that had been done incorrectly. Definitely hiring them again to come and paint all ceilings in our house. Thank you for doing a great job!

I provided all the paint, directed where it needed to go, and they provided their own rollers, drop clothes, patched walls that needed patching, and cleaned up afterwards. I will definetly call on Wilber again.

If we decide to have more painting done, we will definitely go to Wilber's painting first. They are and awesome company, don't overcharge and do a super job. We could not be more pleased with the end result!

 + -1 moreI paid for the 20 hours deal they had. Scheduling was easy. They sent 2 guys for 10 hours. They had trouble finding my house because I live in a newer subdivision and not all GPS can find us. So they were late but they did call to let me know and it was understandable. When they showed up I gave them a quick tour to show them what needed to be painted and where the paint was. They were respectful and pleasant. They asked to use the microwave for the lunches that they brought even though I would have been happy to order them take out. They worked at a moderate pace but did a really good job and finished everything early. I'm very happy with the outcome. It was worth every penny.

Description of Work: I have used Wilber's painting for a few jobs in my house. He is very accommodating with scheduling. He was able to fit me in with very short notice. I have used both an Angies list prepaid deal and have contacted him directly with great results. I have more painting that needs to be done in the future and will not hesitate to give him a call.

 + -1 moreI could not be happier with the job that Wilber and his crew did for me. He contacted right away after I reached out to him and we set a date within 2 weeks for the work to be done. He advised on the paint to purchase (and I was able to use his discount to get the paint) and he and his crew were punctual and worked efficiently. They were very careful and worked hard to make sure the job was done right and cleaned everything up as they left. The job took two day as expected. I would definitely hire again!
Description of Work: I purchased a new home and wanted to paint some of the interior prior to moving in. I purchased one of deals for 40 hours of painting and then contacted Wilber. He painted about 1200 sq feet, which included living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, plus the ceiling and trim.

The workers arrived promptly and did a very nice job in preparation, painting, and clean up. The results look nice and we are very happy with the care and quality.
Description of Work: We have a 1950's ranch house that's pretty typical of the Fairfax, Virginia area. We had the front exterior hand railing, portico, and shutters painted using an Angie's List Offer from this painter of $399 for 2 Exterior Painters for a Day. This was after getting other estimates from others who wanted a lot more money for such a small job. The offer, like most others, did not include supplies (we provided painter specified quantities of paint, primer, and caulk, the painters provided the rest.).

 + -1 moreWilber and/or his crew showed up exactly when scheduled. There where some problems with the ceiling and paint adhesion in several of the rooms. THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM WAS APPARENTLY A PREEXISTING CONDITION THAT WAS NOT DUE TO ANYTHING THAT WILBER AND HIS CREW DID OR DID NOT DO! Nevertheless Wilber stepped up and did what was needed to correct the problem.
Description of Work: I had the entire house interior painted, including walls, ceilings doors and baseboards. House is about 1600 sq ft. Wilbur's price was very fair and substantially less than the next lower bid.
