+ -1 moreWilber was very responsive. Upon initial calls, he was the first to get back to me and one that was able to perform all the required services. It was nice to have a one stop shop. He and his team were very punctual and extremely communicative. When powerwashing the house, we discovered a leak. His team told us where the leak was coming from and offered to fix it with some roofing sealant, which they did (I purchased the sealant). They paid great attention to detail and the end result was fantastic. I would definitely use them again.

+ 0 moreDid a good job patching drywall seams from a water leak around a skylight and remudding. Looks good, will need some finish sanding and painting but got what I expected for the money. Took a while to contact and arrange the work but once scheduled guys came when promised. Workers spoke limited english so communication was a little difficult but the work was well done and they took time to cover everything, remove some knicknacks in the area and cleaned up afterward.

+ 1 moreWilber and his team did a good job. There were some touchups for the paint and stain that required the crew to come back (perhaps I'm a bit demanding), but overall I'm pleased. The natural oak stain on the stairs was well matched to the existing flooring and the paint job was well done with Sherwin Williams Cashmere (upcharge from Promar). Overall a good value.
Description of Work: I had Wilber and his crew perform a number of tasks for our new home before and after we moved in. Worked included: 1) Painting a majority of the rooms in the house from a bunch of dreary, dark earth tones to more white-toned colors (we don't get a lot of natural light in the summer due to tree canopy) 2) Stain and seal the new stairs we had installed. 3) Remove wallpaper in basement stairwell 4) Mud and paint basement stairwell

+ 0 moreI purchased a deal for 8hrs of painting. The gentleman showed up right on time, was efficient in understanding the requirements, and asked the right questions about the job. He was asked to touch up the ceiling in three rooms (large leak stains), tape/patch/paint a ceiling seam that was cracking, and edge paint a as many rooms he could that I marked (so I could roll the center of those walls that night). He completed the required tasks. He was able to edge all of the rooms I asked him to and had time left over to fully paint a few walls I was going to take care of myself that night.

The work was done well and we have no complaints about quality or mess, etc. We did have to reach out to Wilbur because we didn't receive an e-mail response after we bought the deal on Angie's List. After we reached out to him directly, we scheduled a time that wasn't too far from the deal's purchase date. Wilbur sent a painter who did the work. Our only criticism is that instead of getting 2 painters we got a painter and his wife. So instead of 2 painters doing 4 hours of work each, we had a painter and his wife doing 4 hours each. The wife helped with the job, but didn't appear to be doing the work of a full professional painter. Overall, the work quality was good and they did get quite a bit done.
